The European Commission is organizing the Copernicus Ecosystem Workshop to be held next 9-10 October 2018 in Bruxelles.

Planetek group will join the event to present the latest solutions developed using Copernicus data and services already used in several application fields and providing geoanalytics and information services for decision-making and operational activities. Planetek speeches are included in the Parallel Sessions 2 & 4.

Why Copernicus Ecosystem Workshop

Copernicus’ years of successful operations have brought about numerous innovations, an ever-growing network of Copernicus enthusiasts and users as well as stimulated bold ambitions for the programme’s future. In 2016, the Copernicus stakeholders had come together for the "Value Chain Workshop", a first of its kind conference. This year, the broad array of Copernicus actors will assemble for the “Copernicus Ecosystem Workshop”.

The event will showcase the diversity and vitality of the Copernicus ecosystem, in the presence of representatives of the IT and Big Data industries and end-users from across industries. It will feature presentations and discussions about the evolution of Copernicus, practical and informative sessions, and plenty of networking opportunities.
