Planetek Italia and Planetek Hellas are among the companies invited to the European Space Week 2022 organized in Prague, Czech Republic, on 3-6 October 2022 by the European Commission and the EU Agency for the Space Program (EUSPA) in collaboration with the Presidency of the Council of the Czech Republic and the city of Prague.

The Planetek team will join the User Consulation Platform sessions to present projects and solutions in the fields of "Maritime & Fisheries", "Infrastructure", and "Emergency Management and Humanitarian Aid".

European Space Week 2022 (#EUSW2022) is a great opportunity to share knowledge with the leaders and innovators who are driving and shaping the future of space programs and applications in Europe. Between plenary sessions, inspirational speeches, discussions and thematic sessions, the EUSW addresses space-related issues involving the entire European space community, from policy makers and start-ups to public authorities and sector operators, but also investors and users interested in the current challenges and future trends of the EU space ecosystem.

The European Space Week 2022 focuses on how the EU space program is contributing to the achievement of the European Commission's priorities for 2019-2024, with sessions on the European Green Deal, the EU space program and an economy that works for people, the EU space program and a Europe fit for the digital age, and others. With space having a positive multiplier effect in the EU economy, particular attention is paid to how synergies between Galileo, EGNOS, Copernicus and GovSatCom can foster innovation, growth and sustainability.
