Planetek Italia joins the IAC - International Astronautical Congress 2024 held in Milan, Italy, 14-18 October 2024.
The International Astronautical Congress (IAC) consists of a scientific conference program and a space exhibition. It is the one time of the year opportunity when about 4,000 space actors from all over the world come together. Global, multidisciplinary, and covering all space sectors and topics, it offers everyone the latest space information and above all new contacts and potential partnerships. Each year the IAC changes country, theme, and local organizer, enabling everyone to learn more about and be part of the world space network.
This year theme is
"IAC 2024 - Responsible Space for Sustainability". The motto contains a dilemma; space-based technologies are vital for the present social life and a sustainable future, but outer space is a finite resource, and we must preserve this asset for future generations. IAC 2024 aims to address this issue and propose appropriate solutions.
Planetek Italia and Planetek Hellas will join the event to showcase to illustrate our vision and contribution to technological innovation and sustainability, and to present the latest research activities and operational geospatial solutions developed in this field. Planetek staff is pleased to meet visitors at their booths in the AIPAS and Apulian Aerospace District areas, and during the oral presentations.
