Will be held in Malta, next 30 May - 3 June 2016 the "4S Symposium 2016" (Small Satellite Systems and Services).
The event is jointly organized by ESA and CNES in cooperation with AFRL, DLR, IAA and Utah State University, and is supported by AIAA, NRL, USAF, JAXA, e CSA.
The special topic of this year is "Small Satellites go viral!". All speakers will contribute to the discussion, covering themes as: Mission and System Analysis; Applications such as Earth Observation, Science, Telecommunication and Navigation; New Technologies at system, sub-system and component level. A special session will be dedicated to access to space of Small Satellites, as launchers, platform cross-compatibility.
A dedicated session, which gives the title at the event, will be dedicated to Small Satellites. Speakers and participants will contribute to an overview of the new scenario and opportunities, which Small Satellites development are bringing to market, industry, and maybe also social dynamics.
Planetek Italia participate at the event with a booth and showcasing its state of the art solutions in the field of on-board and ground systems and applications for satellites missions.
