NSE23 - New Space Economy ExpoForum, Rome 5-7 December 2023 is organized by the E. Amaldi Foundation and Fiera Roma, with the patronage of the Italian Space Agency (ASI).
In this edition, Planetek participates with a stand (PAD 4 - Stand B 1-2) and as a speaker in the thematic sessions to represent its vision, perspectives and solutions in the field of Earth Observation and New Space to support non-space users for the construction of a sustainable society and to inspire new generations.
In this context, Planetek Italia will represent the companies that have signed the "Statement for Responsible Space Sector", the international agreement promoted by ESA for a common commitment towards building a sustainable space industry and in support of the global effort for a more sustainable future for all.
Planetek will also showcase the activites for the development of IRIDE, the new Italian satellite constellation and mission led by ESA and ASI, which will be completed by the end of 2026 with NextGenEU funds, and the development of the In Orbit Space Lab for the ASI's Space CEnter in Matera. Furthermore, innovation in Earth observation mission concept will be showcased by presenting the ESA PhiLab Incubed project AI-express.

NSE ExpoForum is an international event dedicated to the themes of the New Space Economy and its ability to promote and create new market opportunities in Europe. The NSE Expo Forum aims to create opportunities for meetings and exchange of views between large industrial players, innovative SMEs, investors, start-ups, research centres, space agencies and institutions with interests in space.
The topics addressed include a wide range of high-potential sectors, including: agriculture and food, bio-sciences, health, safety, TLC, logistics, transport, environmental sustainability, exploration, use of planetary resources.
Besides conferences and events, NSE ExpoForum also includes an exhibition area, start-up competitions and student challenges.
